This website does not have user accounts and does not store your details on our web server. We only receive personal information that you choose to send us:

• Enquiry and contact forms — your name, phone number, email, company or country, and message. Submitting a form opens WhatsApp or your email app with your message ready; the information reaches us only when you press send.
• Job applications — the details and CV you email to us.
• Calls, WhatsApp messages and emails you send us directly.

3. How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, process orders and arrange delivery.
• To provide the free nutrition consultation you request.
• To assess job applications and distribution or export partnerships.

We do not sell your personal information or use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

4. Cookies and third-party services

We do not use cookies or store anything in your browser. To display the site, your browser loads fonts and icons from Google Fonts and Cloudflare (cdnjs), and the Contact page shows an embedded Google Map. These providers may receive technical information such as your IP address under their own privacy policies. Messages you send through WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp's (Meta's) privacy policy.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and order details only as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, and job applications for up to 12 months, after which they are deleted.

6. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent, at any time by emailing alcespharma@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

7. Children

Our products are for infants and children, but this website is intended for parents, caregivers, healthcare professionals and business partners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
